What is Spin?


Find your rhythm in a cardio peak cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints.

Our Spin classes tune you in to great music and takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.  

You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your training level over time. Your instructor will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into one of our Spin classes today.

Our Spin classes are a 45 minute, calorie blasting, fat burning and fun workout.

Spin is actually easier than riding a bike! Spin was born from the sport of cycle racing, it uses simulated hill climbs and racing sprints in a choreographed workout where you control the intensityof the resistance.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Even if you’ve never been on a bike, Spin is a simple and safe workout that will get you amazing results. Our instructors show you how to set up your bike and how to adjust the controls to match your own fitness level. After a few classes, your fitness will race ahead in no time.

What is Lifestyles Spin Sprint?


Take your Spin training to another level with a workout that’s all about fast results.

Spin Sprint is based on the scientific principal of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It’s a proven, quick and very hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact.

The short duration of one of our Spin Sprint workouts will motivate you to push both your physical and mental limits. It features lots of bursts of high intensity where you work as hard as you possibly can, followed by short periods of rest that enable you to prepare for the next max effort. The payoff to this is that you burn calories at a high rate for hours after a good HIIT workout.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a Bike

Lifestyles Spin Sprint is our new 30-minute workout of very high intensity, designed using an indoor studio bike to achieve fast results.

HOW TO GET STARTED

You don’t need to be an expert cyclist, but you will need a certain level of fitness for a Lifestyles Spin Sprint workout. Don’t be afraid to take it easy in your first few sessions and just get a feel for what it is all about. We want you to enjoy it, so if you’re finding things tough slow down, reduce the load or sit up and rest. We recommend two HIIT workouts a week as part of a balanced training plan.
