What is Group Exercise?


More and more people are looking at their local offering of Group Exercise activities on offer when choosing their way back into fitness or losing weight. Our Group Exercise classes are carefully chosen to be fun & friendly but most importantly "effective" towards helping you reach your goals!

At Lifestyles, we are introducing our brand new 2019 group exercise programmes, which will constantly update and evolve as new, more innovative group exercise programmes become available.   
Whether it's a high intensity workout you are looking for or something to improve your core flexibility, strength and balance, Lifestyles has a class that is designed to suit your needs.
You will be familiar with some of our classes, such as the classic and popular Body pump, Circuits, Spin Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba and Boxercise; however there will be others that you haven’t.


Why Group Exercise?
Often people find it difficult to motivate themselves and find exercising alone boring. When this happens they lose interest, probably don’t work hard enough and after a while, not seeing any benefits of what they are doing, they stop exercising all together!!
So if you think exercising alone is boring, you don’t like going to the gym on your own, or are not getting the results you want on your own, then our Group Exercise classes may be your perfect solution!
We offer a wide variety of classes that ranging from 30 to 90 minutes, with different levels of intensity. So, whatever your reason for exercising, be it weight loss/management, increased strength & core stability, toning & flexibility or just to feel more energetic and fitter, we have something for you.
